Eric Slyfield

Bio/Statement

Eric Slyfield is a Toronto-based artist and designer whose work is interdisciplinary in nature. Expanding on theory and research in cultural sociology and media studies, Slyfield's work draws upon sound, installation, photography, drawing, and digital technology to balance theory and practice in the arts. Thematically, Slyfields work tends to explore movement, histories of migration, and the role of both the body and technology in the process of art-making.
